How should I behave after my winter sports equipment has been damaged?

In the event of breakage or damage, a confirmation of a sportsport shop regarding the nature and scope of the damage is required. For settlement, we additionally require the purchase receipt (for rental skis/snowboard the rental receipt) of the damaged equipment. You can find our partner sport shops here (only german).
